Request deletion of your HR Vista account
Your HR Vista account and associated employee records cannot be deleted directly from this application. To initiate deletion, a formal request must be submitted to our support team.
If you would like to permanently delete your HR Vista account or an employee record linked to your organisation, please send a deletion request email to our support team with the following details:
- Employee ID
- Full name of the employee
- Organisation name
- Clear statement that you are requesting deletion of the account and HR Vista access
